Most new Sales Associates are concerned about where their listings and sales will come from. Finding clients is like farming. The more seeds you spread and the more you fertilize and cultivate your farm the greater the harvest. Basic to a successful real estate career is the ability to get in touch with BUYERS who want to buy and SELLERS who want to sell. Both are considered "prospects", and prospects constitute the life's blood of the industry. Prospecting is the activity that relates to success. You will be encouraged and expected to participate in productive and profitable prospecting activities. We have unparalleled systems and tools to help you in the process.
